I am the founder and CEO of Yes for Zoom Agency, a full-service event, marketing, PR, and communications agency based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. For more than 16 years, I have worked in event management, marketing, public relations, and strategic communications, delivering over 1,000 projects for international companies, government organizations, financial institutions, business communities, and leading brands.
My professional experience includes business forums, conferences, corporate events, educational programs, brand activations, and large-scale public initiatives with audiences ranging from 100 to 10,000 participants. I combine strategic thinking, creative production, communications, and project management to create meaningful events and platforms that connect people, brands, and communities.
A significant part of my work is dedicated to education, mentorship, and professional development. I participate as a speaker, mentor, and organizer of projects for students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and women leaders, helping them develop leadership skills, business thinking, and practical competencies.
I actively support initiatives focused on women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional networking. As a mother of four children, including three daughters, I am especially passionate about creating opportunities for women and future generations of girls to grow, lead, and realize their potential. Over the years, I have supported women’s communities, interviews, dialogue platforms, and networking initiatives that bring women together for experience sharing, inspiration, and mutual support.
I have also participated in business and social events dedicated to strengthening the role of women in society and the economy, including meetings and dialogue platforms involving public institutions and community leaders.
My professional activities and public initiatives have been featured in leading media outlets and business publications in Uzbekistan. As an entrepreneur, speaker, and advocate for women's leadership, I regularly participate in television interviews, expert discussions, podcasts, and public initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, women's leadership, education, and social development.
In addition, I support charitable, educational, volunteer, and social initiatives aimed at youth development, community engagement, and positive social impact.
