In 2013, he graduated from the Fergana State University, majoring in Vocational Education in Agronomy, and worked as a teacher of Technology at secondary school No. 20 in the district, where he was engaged in the craft of making national dolls at home. At the same time, he organized extracurricular clubs for students at the school where he taught and taught the craft of making national dolls. As his activities expanded, in 2016 he joined the "Hunarmand" association and established the "Usta-Shogird" school, teaching young people the craft of making national dolls. Since 2016, its products have been supplied to preschool educational organizations, tourist facilities, supermarkets, and neighboring countries Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, as well as India, Japan, Germany, and Turkey via online internet platforms. It sells through an online trading platform. In 2021, in order to further expand its business activities, the Fergana district administration established a non-governmental educational institution "ART HOUSE SADOSH" LLC at the "Shahimardonobod" MFI.
Also, Sadokat Mirzaeva has been a member of the Leader Entrepreneurial Women's Club since 2022, organized under the Senate of the Oliy Majlis. In 2022, she was awarded the "Active Entrepreneur" badge on the occasion of Entrepreneurs' Day. In 2023, she was included in the digital catalog of Central Asian artisan women. In the same year, she was included in the national catalog of masters of folk applied arts of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During 2022-2025, she trained 500 unemployed women in the crafts of national doll making, sewing, weaving, embroidery and mastering national costumes, helping them start independent work and ensure their employment. Her LLC "ART HOUSE SADOSH" produces ecological soft toys, national and modern ecological bags for women, as well as national clothes and handicrafts from Uzbek national fabrics such as atlas, adras and excellent velvet. Currently, the enterprise has about 40 female employees and 70 working on a home-based basis. 13 of them are disabled people.
