Mastura Bahrom

Director
at Chartwells Higher Education
New York,
,
USA

My name is Mastura Bahrom. I live in New York and proudly represent the community of women leaders from our part of the world.
I am a licensed real estate agent in New York (Real Broker NY), the Director of Operations at Chartwells Higher Education, as well as the Founder and CEO of the non-profit organization Mehrovar, which supports immigrant women through free English lessons, educational programs, and assistance with housing and cultural integration.

My work encompasses three key areas that reflect my personal philosophy:
service to others, professional growth, and the empowerment of women.
As a real estate agent, I help families and single women navigate the U.S. real estate market with confidence.
As a Director of Operations, I focus on quality, process improvement, and leadership within the education sector.
As the founder of Mehrovar, I create a space where every woman feels that she is not alone.

I sincerely believe that knowledge, discipline, and care for others have the power to transform lives.
It is a privilege to be a part of the Uzbek Business Women's Association and to contribute to the growth and development of our international community.
